We booked the room from 12, Noon. We got there at 2pm, walked up the two flights of stairs with baby, luggage and all, and the room was not ready, the cleaning person just started cleaning it! Moreover, she didn't understand English, and the receptionist could not communicate with her either, so we had to wait 15 minutes to have the sheets put on the bed!
Conveniently located to everything! Great price, friendly staff!
WiFi- sloooooow! No Coffee maker in room, or luggage racks.
This I s probably the most reasonably priced lodging in San Francisco but it is basically- well, basic. Location was great for our purposes. Good for the price.
No elevator and noisy from the streetcars that run in front. One of the towelbars has been ripped out of the bathroom wall and was not replaced.
Friendly and supportive staff. The manager drove me to my meeting on a rainy day because I had trouble getting a cab.
Staff was very accomadating. Hotel was kind of dingy but what did I expect for the money? Overall, not great but adequate.
Ok price for San Francisco, just remember that you get what you pay for. Not used to paying through a slot when checking in--
The muni was operating on Judah and was noisy after about 6am
They have some nerve charging over $200 a night for this place. It was grossly substandard.
Good location. Good price for San Francisco. Very tiny room, much in need of updates. Clean. A little noise from the Muni outside and the music from the bar downstairs, but not enough to bother us.
The grouting in the bathroom needs to be repaired. carpets a bit worn. Worst thing was the second day they only left one bath towel.
If you don't care about quality and merely want a cheap place to stay, Beach Motel is fine. Unfortunately you are not going to find a hotel in San Francisco as cheap or cheaper than this place that is of any good quality.
Location is safety, but it was a little bit faraway from the center. Transportation was near and good.
I liked the area the hotel was in, and it was right in front of the muni so it was very convenient.
I didnt like the services and the restrictions are absurd. It wasnt that clean and my room was too small for the price it was. I also think I might have gotten bed bug bites.
Location in area of city familiar with having grown up in SF - Sunset and Richmond Districts. Standard room included use of micro and small refrigerator.
Room rate for minimal amenities was high priced, but maybe less so because everything in SF is high. Insufficient parking spots for customers. Coffee maker not supplied.
-Refrigerator and microwave was provided at no additional fee - Free parking
-Outdated rooms/furniture -Service of staff could be more friendly -Used towels in bathroom -Hair on towels -Dirty carpet
Please see above... The dingiest motel but price didn't suggest luxury. That is not the complaint. The shock was the constant noise from bar all night and morning...plus homeless crawling up fire escape...drunk... And walking all night on roof. Horrible....I Warn all travelers to avoid this motel... No help from proprietor...no one answered call of duress..couldn't even leave a message at desk...no message machine! In morning...checked out early to get away...complained and was dismissed. Americans and international travelers please beware ... This place cannot be considered part of the "hospitality industry!"
good location to train. fair price. very simple close to beach
alittle noisy from tram going by
